Bienvenido a Banys Vells

"Perdido en el corazon
de la grande babylon
me dicen el clandestino por no llevar papel"

Manu Chao

Some days ago I was thinking of going home early (after doing a super quick bar closure at 3.30am) when a group of friends, João, Zé & Co. comes at the bar door and drags me for two hours rambling in the streets, singing, doing stupid stuff (anyone heard of "Paquito Chocolatero"?? I'll teach you), having fun with a skateboard, going to a kids park jumping around, getting "alarmed" every 10 min: "the police is coming!!!", eat chocolate croissants at 5am and doing a quilometre on a skateboard without putting the feet on the floor (thanks João :)!

Yesterday I went to see Manu Chao. A cheap concert, 10 euros, part of a solidarity movement with a political fight. In spite of that, in spite of the appeals for the liberation of this and that, the vibrations in the air were of pure happiness. Everyone was smiling, dancing, jumping, singing. Beautiful!
The wave was more tending to rock than to the chill out and easiness known of Manu Chao, but still, for one hour and a half I couldn't avoid having a great time, thinking only in good stuff (the crowd was helping ;), and feeling very, very well. Great concert.

Que hora son en tu corazon?
