The importance of bicycle lights....

Eia people!!

I'm back. What does that mean? That my life is a bit more boring?.... errrr.... well, a little bit :P
This thing of doing PhDs and stuff like that has nothing to do with working in a bar. First, I'm back into using my brain, then the temptation of drinking with friends goes down as the importance of the next day's experiment increases, I meet less people everyday, etc.
Result, I'm still doing a lot of things apart from work, but I've got more brains to tell them.

For example, yesterday afternoon I went for a mountain bike trail in Collserola (on the back of Tibidabo, a natural park on the back of Barcelona) that Jogi told me I was going to enjoy (one of the guys that lives in the house).... the trail was completely surreal: between 30 and 50cm wide, with a small cliff on the left side for the whole way!!! In the middle of trees, branches everywhere, sometimes I had to duck not to hit the trees. The panic sensation is huge, since any mistake awards a prize: a fall of something like 5 meters, plus rolling down. It's also important to note that it was already 7pm.... it's Autumn.... it was starting to get dark... you got it, right? Nuno got the prize! Big fall, with the bicycle over me, landing over a bunch of spikes. That, plus the chain wheel stuck in my leg made the hour that we needed to go back home in something very horrible. Now I'm better, still with a lot of small spikes under the skin of my hands.

PhDs..... pffffff :)
